Ristoro l’Antica Scuderia is located in a tiny mediaeval village in the enchanting hills of Chianti Classico. The name – “ancient stables” – says a lot about its history: it was indeed a post house, where travellers would stop to rest and change their horses before continuing along the road known as the Gardingo di Passignano. Careful and sensitive restoration work has now turned it into an elegant restaurant with great attention to detail.
