If for Italians pasta is a joy for the palate, for us Martelli it is something more: it is an art to live and share.
Every year many come to visit us to visit the pasta factory and discover the secrets of this little paradise.
They come from all over the world, united by the great love for good artisan pasta.
If you are coming to Lari, stop by us, the doors of the Martelli house are always open.
