The estate is located on an hill with 360° panoramic view, 200 meters of altitude from the sea level, 45 hectares are coltivated, 20 are coltivated with vines of different native varieties: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, Malvasia and others like Merolt and Cabernet Sauvignon. 1300 native variety of olive trees are coltivated too. The olive grow, are attented, collected and finally they are crushed to cold in order to obtain an extra vergine olive oil really excellent with lowest acidity.
